Rasaga is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679).

We use Matomo Analytics, a self-hosted, open-source analytics platform, to understand how visitors navigate this site — which pages are visited, where visitors come from (including social media links), and what device or browser they use.

Matomo is configured in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier, and does not track you across sessions or other websites. Your IP address is anonymised before any data is recorded. No data is sent to third parties.

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or any other third-party tracking tools at this time.

This website does not set any cookies. Matomo runs in cookieless mode and no other tracking tools are active.

Links shared on social media (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) may include UTM parameters such as ?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=organic. These are read by Matomo to attribute visits to the correct source. They are not shared with any third party and are only used in aggregate, anonymised reports.

Analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f), given that the data is fully anonymised, cookieless, and never shared with third parties. No consent banner is required or shown.

Raw visit data in Matomo is retained for 13 months, after which it is aggregated and anonymised permanently. Because no personal identifier is stored, individual visits cannot be retrieved or deleted on request.

You have the right to:

• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rasaga.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We will update this policy when we introduce new tools (such as advertising pixels). The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
